Description
The studio apartment is well furnished and equipped to the highest standards. This well designed apartment offers the perfect destination for your family holiday or golfing break. The lounge has marble floors. The apartment boasts a dining area fitted with dining furniture.
Upon your arrival you will be met by our agent and key holder on the coast, who will help you with any local information you may require.
A 100 € non refundable deposit is required with the booking and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival. If booking a holiday within six weeks of arrival the full amount is payable with the booking. Also an additional 100 € security deposit is required which will be refunded if there are no reports of damage to the apartment. A separate fee of 60 € is to be paid on arrival to our letting agent to cover the cost of meet and greet, cleaning and laundry.

Instructions
Turn Right (CN340) following the directions for Cádiz. After approx. 3 kms turn right onto the A7 – AP7 Joining the motorway, stay on the motorway you bypass Torremolinos and Benalmádena. Continue on and before reaching Fuengirola the road splits with the AP7 heading off to the left and the A7 heading to the right, stay in the right hand lane and follow directions to the A7, you then bypass Fuengirola. Approximately 12 kms past Fuengirola (KM 199) you will see the "Miraflores" entrance on your right hand side, just past the pedestrian bridge turn right into the Miraflores resort. There is a sign in front of showing the out lay of the various gardens. Journey time is approximately 25 Minutes.
